Project Manager– Europe


At Deutsche as a Project Manager, you will work in some of the world’s most exciting industries. Automated process systems for industries such as Craft Brewery and Beverage, Distillery, Extraction Systems and other Food & Beverage applications

The Project Manager is responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The Project Manager responsibilities span a broad spectrum, covering all the areas of project management like – Project Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, and Safety Management.

The Project Manager Europe will work closely with the Account Manager Europe to support Deutsche’s growth in international markets.

Qualifications / Expectations


  • Bachelor’s Degree Engineering
  • Multi-Lingual (English, German, French, Spanish, Italian)
  • Minimum of five years’ experience Engineering
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in Project Management
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in multiple Western European languages.
  • Reside in a Western Europe hub city


  • Three years of experience in sanitary manufacturing industry
  • Three years Project Management


  • Bachelor’s in Engineering such as mechanical, chemical, electrical or related discipline
  • PMP Certification is a plus

Required travel:

Up to 50% (Required)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bringing about optimum utilization of resources labor, materials, and equipment, and ensuring their procurement at most cost-effective terms
  • Implementation of various operations through proper coordination
  • Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed
  • Assist with creating the teams, and with developing the objectives/goals of each
  • Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking of team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project
  • Focus on keeping activities moving according to predetermined schedule
  • Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises
  • Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project
  • Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and laborers
  • Hold regular status meetings with all the involved parties and sub-teams
  • Maintain adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards
  • Ensure project documents are complete and updated with latest revisions
  • Good client management and goodwill building ability
  • Capacity to motivate, lead and boost morale of the teams
  • Effective time management and logical decision-making ability
  • Strong focus on quality

Account Manager– Europe


At Deutsche Beverage Technology, you will work in some of the world’s most exciting industries. Automated process systems for industries such as Craft Brewery and Beverage, Distillery, Extraction Systems and other Food & Beverage applications.

The Account Manager Europe will be responsible for driving Deutsche Beverage Technology product lines market share internationally.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven history of successful capital equipment sales experience.

Qualifications / Expectations


  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Business, Marketing or Engineering preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience
  • Reside in a Western Europe hub city
  • Multi-Lingual (English, German, French, Spanish, Italian)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in multiple languages
    Willingness to travel up to 50% (Required)
  • Reside in a Western Europe hub city

Responsibilities of the Account Manager Europe:

  • Establishing and growing connections internationally within targeted process industries.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities internationally and convert leads into sales.
  • Using the consultative sales process, develop a technical solution with related budget estimates by analyzing customer requirements.
  • Working with engineers, customers, and vendors to design and cost turnkey systems and sanitary equipment.
  • Assisting with start-ups, installs, and training on assigned projects and equipment.
  • Representing the company and products at regional, national, and international trade shows.
  • Creating and maintaining and growing a pipeline of system and equipment sales within the region.

Qualifications of the Account Manager Europe:

  • Broad base of understanding in mechanical, electrical, chemical and process automation with the ability to develop creative solutions to customer processing requirements
  • Willingness to attend structured sales training classes and seminars
