As their popularity soared, the visionary team decided to venture into distillation, crafting a diverse range of classic and innovative spirits, including apple brandy, agave spirit, gin, barrel-aged rum, and more.
Deutsche’s engineering excellence, custom options, customer service, and focus on safety were crucial factors in their decision. Nofo currently uses an array of Deutsche distilling equipment, including:
- 150G Mash House
- 300G Hybrid Pot Still with Column, Reflux, Condenser, and Spirit Collection Vessels
- 150G Mixing Fermentation Vessel
- 150G Open Top Fermentation Vessels
- 10BBL Brewhouse with Over 200BBLs of Cellar Capacity
- 150G Pot Still, Dual column with Reflux Design, Gin Basket and Condenser and spirit Collection Vessels
- 7BBL Brewhouse with Over 100BBLs of Cellar Capacity
- 150G Hybrid Still and Spirit Collection Tanks
This equipment spans across 3 locations and they have a custom 150-gallon still on the way to support their expansion.
All equipment was designed, piped, and installed by Deutsche’s team of engineers and service professionals.
It's a monster 150-gallon, two-column still with the bigger condenser on it. And that thing is a workhorse, man - That puts out great liquid, fast and we’re honored to have it honestly. Even better that Deutsche had it in stock and ready when we needed it
This equipment allowed for a smooth start-up and enabled NoFo to accelerate its distilling and barrel-aging program while maintaining product consistency.
